Stanza

We highlight a lot of wine dinners through the year, but this upcoming special from Stanza promises to be something very special indeed. The restaurant will be featuring seven 2013 single vineyard crus from Produttori del Barbaresco paired with a decadent lineup from Jonathan LeBlanc and Amber Billingsley. Cheeseboards to sweetbreads to seasonal fruits, the fall-leaning menu seeks to offer the perfect pairing for this wine extravaganza. A little blurb on the wine for the night, courtesy of Stanza:

The Produttori del Barbaresco has been producing stellar wines in a traditional style since its inception in 1958. This cooperative of 50 families from the very best estates in Piedmont, Italy, produces one wine, Barbaresco, from one grape varietal, Nebbiolo on 250 acres in the heart of the Barbaresco D.O.C.G appellation. These wines are widely lauded by enthusiasts
