Avenues Proper – The popular Avenues restaurant continues to evolve as 2015 presses on. Brunch is now being served, every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition to the new brunch menu, Avenues are also featuring $3 mimosas and bloodymarys. Additionally the restaurant is also offering a new “mid-day menu” from 2 p.m. 5 p.m. daily – consisting of select items from the standard menu, as well as $6 half pitchers (32oz) of house beer.

Oasis Cafe * – Don’t let those new years resolutions start your year off with sad “green” drinks alone. Chef de Cuisine Efren Benitez has created special weekly three-course meals for January “resolution dining.” Priced at just $25 and changing weekly to take opportunity of the freshest ingredients, the nightly dinner special includes a nourishing choice of soup or salad and changing entree and dessert options.

“We are trying to help our diners eat more responsibly in 2015,” said Will Keesen, general manager. “Chef Benitez and his culinary team take pride in hand-crafting every item using the freshest ingredients possible, wanting guests to feel full, but also refreshed.”

Sautéed salmon in yellow curry sauce, coconut basmati rice, and baby carrots with pistachio tiramisu

January 22 – 28
Dover sole with spicy tomato sauce, basmati rice and broccoli and a traditional Mexican flan

January 29 – February 5
Fettuccine pasta with shrimp and creamy basil pesto sauce with a dessert of fruit tart with vanilla ice cream

Sundance – If you we’re thinking dining out in Park City during the upcoming festival was impossible, think again. Park City’s world famous restaurants will stay open for business when Hollywood comes to town. Even as the Sundance Film Festival takes over much of Historic Park City, you don’t need to be a movie industry insider to get a table at the town’s best bars and restaurants.

More than a dozen bars, restaurants and lounges will stay open to the general public through Sundance, which runs Thursday, January 22, to Sunday, February 1. The following businesses are operating with normal business hours and serving full menus unless otherwise stated
