Submitted by on May 11, 2010 – 4:21 amNo Comment

Two more events to add to your calendar this month are Meet The Makers @ Log Haven and a Trimbach Family Wine Dinner at Franck’s.

Meet The Makers is an opportunity to sample fantastic food and beverages from Utah’s finest ‘makers’. Beehive Cheese, Clifford Family Farm, Creminelli Fine Meats and Kenyon Organics are some of the companies providing samples to the public on May 20th. The event is free (Uinta beers available for purchase) but space is limited. Call (801) 272-8255 to reserve.

Over at Franck’s on the 24th of May experience a four course meal including delights such as Duck Prosciutto and Pork Pate with Salmon Rillettes. Each course will be paired with Trimbach’s acclaimed Alsace region wines. The four course meal is priced at $35 with the optional wine pairing $45. Call (801) 274-6264 to reserve.

For more information on both events, see this months dining calendar..
