Frida Bistro

Popular new restaurant Frida Bistro is set to open it’s doors for dinner tomorrow evening (Feb 6th). As reported previously, this new upscale Mexican eatery is owned and operated by Jorge Fierro of Rico foods; Rick Bruno (formerly of Meditrina) is heading up the kitchen, while Stephanie Bailey-Hatfield (formerly of Wild Grape Bistro) will be heading up wine and liquor. Valet parking will be available too, you can call 801 983 6692 for reservations. We would love to hear more from anyone who gives them a whirl!
