how does its tofu compare to ejo korean on 700 east in sugarhouse? ejo is very authentic. in fact there was a tour bus of korean tourists for the banquet room there yesterday. great service, owners, the sushi is fresh, try the poke salad, and the kimchee is fresh and delish too.
