We went to Kathmandu tonight and it was FANTASTIC. It is the chef an the head cook from Himalayan Kitchen downtown. A standard Indian menu and an exciting Nepali menu to boost it; plus the chef is really good at sauces. I was telling my husband the only better Indian sauce maker we've had was the personal chef of a man who helped us out when we were in Bombay. You won't go wrong here.
