That seemed to be American foods like mozarella sticks and Italian entrees. To be fair to them, and as you say, that area isn't overly known for its eclecticism so maybe they felt they needed those items to survive, at least in the early days. They've certainly seemed to stand the test of most restaurants - the first 12 months - so who knows. If I keep hearing good things I will be there :) I will be honest, I was slightly deterred after I saw the “fusion” element of their menu. It has been amazingly well received for an Indian restaurant in a decidedly non-eclectic area of the Salt Lake valley. They are considering other locations nearer to downtown in the future.
