		<description>I will be honest, I was slightly deterred after I saw the &quot;fusion&quot; element of their menu.  That seemed to be American foods like mozarella sticks and Italian entrees.

To be fair to them, and as you say, that area isn&#039;t overly known for its eclecticism so maybe they felt they needed those items to survive, at least in the early days.

They&#039;ve certainly seemed to stand the test of most restaurants - the first 12 months - so who knows.  If I keep hearing good things I will be there :)</description>

		<description>A thought:  have you considered trying &quot;India Fusion&quot; in Jordan Landing?  It has been amazingly well received for an Indian restaurant in a decidedly non-eclectic area of the Salt Lake valley.  They are considering other locations nearer to downtown in the future.</description>
