With our wallets just a little too thin, my husband and I decided to use a 2-for-1 from our Entertainment Book and head up to the Sego Lily in Bountiful. From the name we thought the menu might be somewhat Asian-inspired, but after checking out their menu on the Internet we realized we'd be in for Continental fare. Everything from the moment we approached the cozy-looking house was lovely. After being warmly greeted, we opted to dine indoors, admiring the woodwork and comfortable feel of the house. Our sever brought us irresistible rolls (soft and just slightly sweet) and butter while we perused the menu. My husband selected a boneless rib dish, and I couldn't resist the Chicken Marsala. Both entrees were accompanied with a fresh, simply dressed salad. While both entrees were excellent, my Chicken Marsala was the best I've had in years. The fresh vegetables, subtle herbs, and tender chicken blended together in a light but sublime dish. Despite having used up our one and only 2-for-1 coupon for Sego Lily, our evening there inspired within us a definite craving to return!
