If you haven’t heard of this restaurant, it’s one of a trio of very promising new openings (including Tipica and Forage). All feature a heavy focus on locally sourced ingredients. Pago is set to open on the 27th of May, but you can get a taste of the menu before that next Wednesday and Thursday. From 4-6PM each day the restaurant will be running an open house for the public, including tours of the space and free samples from the menu. More over at http://www.pagoslc.com/
