Up a flight of stairs at the back of a parking lot off a semi busy road isn't the best it seems. Shame though, as it's a convenient spot for us. I guess that proves that location really does matter. I do recall it was a fairly authentic offering, and was disappointed that it disappeared. Look forward to trying Monsoon Thai!
